Technology Pros and Cons

Within the health care technology is rapidly improving. Most procedures are now depending on the use of some form of technology machinery. In my opinion, technology is helping the health care system but can have its mishaps. Communication has a large role within the health care system. Nurses must be able to communicate with patients, nurses, and other health care professionals. There are several forms of communication devices out there, many which are being used among health care settings. For example, electronic health records, a form of records that allows numerous health care professionals to access the information needed for each patient. Although technology helps the communication process, I believe there is still room for improvement and that new and more advanced communication technologies will be developed.

By the time we go in, our communication devices will be implanted in our bodies. We are almost done first semester, we made it!! Then a nice long break.

Hi Heather,
I think nursing and communication need major modifications too. Sometimes I wonder if that is where the focus should be for nurses and nursing? There is so many other areas that could benefit nursing, such as mandatory nurse patient loads!
That, to me, would be more supportive and constructive in nursing and for nurses don't you think?
Ciao!

However, these CNA online programs and courses will be most of the time online, but often students will still work on campus as well. If you are curious to know more about cna classes, visit this site right here.
